After breeding budgerigars as a youngsters I decided to rejoin this wonderful hobby in 1998, it was then that I decide to concentrate on a small stud of birds just to see if I was still as keen as I had been as a youngster .

A 12ft x 6ft bird room was erected & after a bit of thinking I decided to just concentrate on the one colour thus giving myself a chance to compete successfully on the show bench & so it was decided to breed with just Lutinos.

After quite a good start back on the show bench winning one or two best of colour awards & quite a few best beginner & novice awards with the Lutinos I decided to take the next step forward by introducing a few of the normal varieties into the stud . A few Spangles & Dominant Pieds were also brought in & it is now my aim to breed the Normals & Spangles to compete at the highest level at Championship shows in the near future .

The birds are only paired when ready & I will usually show at 5-6 shows during the season , all birds shown will be owner bred .
